William Holt
Development Analyst
Will Holt serves as a development analyst for LeCesse Development. In this role, Will is responsible for underwriting deals, researching potential development sites, creating compelling marketing materials, and assisting with various aspects of development and financing. Will graduated from the University of Florida in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance. During college, Will interned in credit and B2B insurance, gaining valuable experience that provided a solid foundation for the analytical and financial responsibilities at LeCesse. While at university, Will was actively involved in debt capital markets research and sat on the board for Warrington's Financial Professional Development Program (FPD). This experience honed Will's expertise in interest rates, debt markets, macroeconomics, and leadership. Outside of work, will enjoys golfing, traveling, and hiking.
