TJ Leccese

TJ Leccese is as an executive vice president at LeCesse Development. He joined the company in 2006 as a project supervisor and was promoted to his current position in 2020. In his role, TJ leads design and construction of all LeCesse projects from start to finish, including overseeing design, working with the team on budget, scheduling, and managing construction administration. He has been directly involved in multiple national award-winning projects and has completed more than 7,000 units worth over $1.5 billion. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, TJ has previously worked for Cambridge Management Services Inc., a LeCesse affiliate.  When he isn’t focused on delivering excellence for his clients, TJ enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing, skiing, and relaxing on Canandaigua Lake.
