Terry Field
Development Manager
Terry Field is a development manager at LeCesse Development. Terry joined the LeCesse team in 2012, bringing more than 30 years of experience in multifamily, retail, and commercial office development. In his role, Terry is involved with projects from the acquisition and entitlement phases through design, construction, and transition to the property management team. Terry has been involved in 10 projects for LeCesse in five states throughout the northeast, totaling nearly 2,200 units with a budget of over $700 million. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Journalism, Terry is also an award-winning filmmaker with credits including a series produced for HBO of comedic short films. In his free time, Terry enjoys reading, writing screenplays, and traveling with his wife Lisa and their two boys.
