6708 Hazeltine National Drive, Orlando, FL

Architect: FORUM Architecture

Civil Engineer: Florida Engineering Group

General Contractor: Roger B. Kennedy Construction

Financing: Western-Southern Financial Group and Famlee Investment Company

TRIO was the third and final phase of a planned development off South Goldenrod Road, following Cortland JubiLee Park and BellaNova at JubiLee Park. The development was located less than three miles from the Orlando International Airport.

TRIO included 292 units, offering studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom options. The community consisted of three four-story, elevator-serviced buildings, along with detached garages available for rent. The units featured the upscale amenities residents had come to expect, including spacious open floor plans, high-quality finishes like quartz countertops and wood-style plank flooring, and modern features such as smart locks and WiFi-enabled thermostats.

TRIO at JubiLee Park also offered a luxury amenity package, including an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center, game room, coworking space, and community kitchen. Outdoor amenities included a luxury pool, cabanas, fire pits, a dog park, and more.

In addition to its top-tier amenities, TRIO’s location provided residents with ultimate convenience. It was within easy driving distance of the vibrant Lake Nona area and three major expressways. TRIO was also just minutes from major grocers such as Publix and Aldi, as well as nearby retail and dining options including Walmart, HomeGoods, Bealls, Starbucks, Chipotle, and more.
