MALTA, N.Y. (March 27, 2024) – GrandeVille at Malta in New York’s vibrant Tech Valley is now even grander. LeCesse Development Corp., a national multifamily developer, has completed the second phase of the community, further elevating the living experience in this popular area.

The second phase of GrandeVille atMalta was certified National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Bronze. The architect was James Fahy Design Associates out of Rochester, N.Y. The general contractor was Platinum-LeChase out of Newton, Mass.The civil engineer was Lansing Engineering out of Malta, N.Y. Financing was provided by Five Star Bank.
